「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「First off! The view was amazing! The club was amazing the food was as well!! But to top it off I messed my reservation up!! And they accommodated me any ways !! Like it wasn’t a problem!! I’d stay here again」

「Though the room was small for two beds it was very clean it had everything si needed. The towels were so soft and smelled wonderful. The breakfast basket was delicious, nutritious and very filling. I loved the tranquil setting of the hotel. 」

「Pool was wonderful, staff was friendly. A bathing suit was missing from my drawer after returning from in town I wouldn't mentioned it to staff but it's irreplaceable and felt violating so I did. They were nice but of course I left PR without it. Also if you get a room by the pool you will hear very very loud music into the night early morning. It was fine for us as we didn't mind but someone might it was like a stereo in the room on full blast.」

「J'ai bien aimé l'accueil du responsable, il a bien tout expliqué avec patience. Il m'a aussi recommandé un bon restaurant du cartier et j'ai bien apprécié. Cet hébergement est propre et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, même une laveuse et une sécheuse. La climatisation fonctionne bien et tout est en très bon état. Si je devais retourner à Porto Rico, je prendrais probablement le même hébergement.」
