「I don’t think I can put into words how amazing, incredible One & Only palmillas was. From the Acienda feel, to the amenities, the food, the atmosphere and most importantly the staff. Isaac and Hector where our butlers. I can’t express enough how incredible they were. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. One & Only palmillas has a life long customer with my wife and I. 「From the beginning, it was absolutely amazing. I chose to get an airport transportation through the hotel. Everything was seamless and as described. 「Great accommodation, felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy city. Ideal if your plans mostly include trips out of the harbor as you are 5 min away. 「So we stayed in the condo side of the property. Without purchasing the day pass for $120USD you only had access to the pool everything else would have been a separate fee. That was not mentioned in the booking . It was still a good deal to pay for the day pass at the hours of 9-5pm and just make sure to take extra snacks for later in the evening. 「Wir waren 2 Wochen dort. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und nett. Handtücher gibts am Pool. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!」
