「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「It was a pleasant stay. My only call out was for a hotel being less than 2 yrs old it looked rundown already. Also if they have pool rules they need to I force them! Walking into the pool area and seeing 90% of the chairs with personal belonging and the pool being empty, why pay for resort fees, when you can’t take advantage of them. #Heads-up」
