「Breath taking 」

「The Staff was Professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful - went above and beyond. I felt very safe and comfortable in the Hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Bed and room were spacious. The Breakfast was delicious. A large assortment of fresh food, coffee, fruit, desserts and more. I would highly recommend the Hotel to guests.」

「The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues...

「They staff are very friendly and upgraded our room to canal view.. my wife were very happy with that. The breakfast area is on the balcony with the canal view as well. Very good stay although it is a little costly.」
