This property was just as it appeared online. It was in a great location, and close to everything that we wanted to do. The hosts were very helpful in giving us guidance in the city and to catch transportation to the airport. I would highly recommend this place to anybody traveling into Venice.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
The hotel was in a good location close to restaurants and walking distance to transportation. The room was basic with old bed that’s wasn’t comfortable and small bathroom. It was on the canal so there was charm. Don’t expect much assistance from the staff because they are rarely on site.

Our Host which I’m going to call T since I don’t remember how to spell his name was so helpful and kind. He gave us directions on our map on how to get around and noted many places to go see. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit hard to find it in the middle of a restaurant, but it’s perfectly placed.

Can’t say enough about this great little find. It is truly a boutique hotel less then 10 rooms but very gracious size compared to most of Europes hotels we are a family of 3. The staff and management triveso are excellent. Perfectly located on the canal but actually tucked in a corner so limits noise for the most part. Everything at. Your door step and you can take the water bus just a 2 min walk. The special room treats made it extra nice.
