「Know that the rooms and facility look NOTHING like advertised on their website. The motel is extremely run down and out of date. The mattresses were filthy — we triple sheeted them. The comforters were gross and cheap - we went to a nearby store and bought our own to use. The pillows were uncomfortable and equivalent to using nothing. The furniture was cheap, damaged, and falling apart. The blinds were broke. The seal under the door was gapped. We had a cockroach in our room. They advertise that...

「It was a nice room, clean and close to the beach. What I didn't like was how long it took to get an email for my room number and code for the door. I had to call 3 different numbers to finally get the code to the door. I decided to try again and stay another night. They gave me a new room but never sent another door code until 430 the next morning. I've never had such a hard time checking into a room. I probably won't stay in another Kees rental again bc of this.」
