「A very cool/reserved welcome. Check-in seems like an effort. Quickly settled and sat outside for a drink - went inside because the language was disgusting. The swearing inside was no better and neither was the misogynistic comments from the senior members. Good place to stay but let down by the clientele」

「Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable.」

「Staff were amazing, we stayed during a heatwave and they were helpful with ice from the bar. Other instances such as needing forks, hangers in our room and new towels were treated with the same professionalism ! The rooms do need a bit of updating but for what it was the price is exstremely reasonable. The room was very clean when we arrived. 「A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again.」

「Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.」
