「The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

「Great welcome from a very friendly and knowledgeable young man. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The traffic was loud day and at night, we were given ear plugs but they weren’t particularly useful against the noise. That is the only negative, beautiful house , well presented and everything is thought of. 」

「This is a gem of a Bed and Breakfast that I am so happy to have discovered. It is run by two amazing gentlemen that pay so much attention to detail, it was hard to keep track of all they did for us. My adult son and I spent three days in Edinburgh and we stayed with Mike and Paul in their B&B. We had a very comfortable room, a bathroom attached and easy access to a shower downstairs as well.
