From the welcome until departure, absolutely faultless. Rooms spacious and spotless, breakfast first class, staff warm and friendly with nothing too much trouble. With this and the location makes this the perfect spot to explore Edinburgh and the surrounding area. Easy access by tram direct from the airport or station(s) and some fantastic restaurants in touching distance.

What a unique place to stay. The accommodations are very spacious, the breakfast has something for everyone & cocktails at the bar or sitting outside on the deck was fantastic! Something different with very helpful staff. Location for eating out options was excellent and the city tram was a 5 - 10 minute walk away so easy to get into the city from Leith. Even better the same tram takes you all the way to the airport and as it is near the end of the run seats and luggage storage are not a problem. The bedroom was very comfortable although a little tight for luggage storage while the bathroom was excellent and a good shower. Staff at the desk, most helpful and knowledgable and always willing to listen. A quiet place to stop for a break and not so far from the city.
