"We just booked an overnight stay on our visit to The Biltmore but we were very happy with the hotel. Their breakfast room was a little small and got crowded very easily but the breakfast was great and the staff working the breakfast could not have been nicer! The pool looked nice and we thought we would use it but after a full day of traveling and finding dinner we just decided to call it a night. The location was ideal for anyone planning to visit The Biltmore and was close to many restaurants. We would stay there again if we were visiting the area."

Overall a nice place to stay, but unless you have something to do at the ETSU campus, it is too close to all of the students, the traffic and noise for my personal preference. The bar is great!
