You have to book the message off site - the numbers are in the handbook - I would suggest doing it before your trip as they may not be available during your stay. ...

Staff was great. Both James and Felicity said there was nothing they could do. I had to go through Expedia since I booked through them. Problems: Hot tub in pictures has not worked in over a year since the hurricane hit area. Problem 2: My room had an adjoining door to another room, not what I booked. ...
