「Shower was terrible. No hot water, no pressure. Only one elevator for the whole property. When I came down for breakfast everything was gone (a full hour and a half before the “end” of breakfast). No waffle batter, no sausage, no French toast. Staff was rude upon arrival as well. Would not return.」

「Upon arrival I reminded the desk clerk that I resevered a king room and asked for extra pillows. I am 6'5 " and don't sleep well in a queen bed. It is obvious. I askes if their were any new restaurants within walking distance, she said the only restaurant with in walking distance is the Mexican restaurant. 「This property was lovely and was being refurbished. I had a lovely refurbished room but unfortunately the noise from the ongoing works was awful. It's annoying that this wasn't highlighted as I would probably have changed the hotel I was staying in.」
