"This was an absolutely terrible experience, never in my entire life I have been treated like this after spending my money I highly recommend that this person be barred from using this platform for their shady business I was insulted by security guards telling me they are doing me a favor to sort out this woman’s incompetence we weren’t even given a code to enter the house we had to go back to security. "Overall, the resort is nice, fun and safe. Staff super nice and helpful. The room was a little outdated. The TV fell off the wall during our stay and had to call maintenance. Scheduled a private birthday dinner that included a private chef. The chef was scheduled to meet us up at our room at 6:25 to escort us. Waited 20 minutes with a no show. Went down to the service desk to make sure it was canceled ($150) and they were giving us the run around until I told them we were not in the mood anymore and frustrated. Shows in theater were pretty good but super loud. Beach area is more of lagoon with some turquoise water. Restaurants were only opened during the weekend during our stay and not during the week. Same buffet food each day of the week. I would give this resort a 7 out of 10."

"My first time visiting and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I very much enjoyed my stay, highly recommended. The room was amazing the view was to spectacular the staff was friendly. A nice change from the busy crowds at the other hotels. You are walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet relaxing stay. Will most definitely return."

"Our first all inclusive experience and it was definitely one to remember. All the staff was so attentive and professional. Chad, Fresh and Kiwi always had fun activities and kept everyone engaged and having fun. A very quiet and relaxing resort. Great food and beautiful views I would most definitely stay here again!!!"

"i had a very negative experience my hot tub jets didn’t come on and the hot water in the shower didn’t work. overall the hotel is very outdated as well. when i told the front desk he laughed at me with no solution. staff was also very rude. i stayed at excellence for 4 days and here one, it was nowhere near comparable to a 5 star experience. would not recommend."
