Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up with you to express our displeasure with the accommodations. The place overall was disgustingly dirty. Every room was unacceptable from the aspect of cleanliness. We had to sweep, mop, clean the dining room table, wipe the counters, wipe up the the bathrooms, etc. In addition, The hot water did not work. The a/c did not work in the living room/dining area. There was no mirror nor a television in one of the bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there was no outlet to charge our phone. In addition we dound roaches and roach legs throughout the house. Also the lights did not work in different places within the house. The other thing is the sheets were not clean though we did not have a choice but to sleep on them. We also had to go and spend money on cleaning products, wash cloths and towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, dish washing detergent. We thought we could wash clothes but could not because the washing machine did not work. The stove was filthy! There was a plethora of ants because of the lack of cleanliness. A guy stopped by the place and said he would be back to address our issues and he did not return. In our travels, we are not accustomed to such a travesty of accommodations. We took the reviews of customers which were false. While the area was beautiful, the accommodations within this place were subpar at best.
