「TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! 「The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing, views were breathtaking, and the pools were amazing. I must say we were disappointed the lazy river was out of order and the hot tub was not working. The day of check in the elevator was out of order having to climb five flights of stairs ( not good). We got stuck in the elevator on our last night. Due to rain, the bathroom in the restaurant Zen had puddle of water. There are some things that needs to be more attention.」

「Nothing they took my money and didn't honor my cancelation when my flight was canceled」
