The Lakelyn Lodge in Lakeville PA is a newly renovated hotel with a fabulous eye to detail and with great finishing touches. We were extremely pleased with the attention to our needs and the attentiveness of the owners. It was a top notch experience from start to finish. We highly recommend the Lakelyn Lodge and look forward to staying here again!」

「I looked forward to staying at Cove Haven Resort for years. My parents spent their honeymoon here, and I always dreamed of visiting to recreate some of their memories and photos. Based on the stunning pictures on the website, I expected a romantic and enjoyable getaway. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in very poor condition. The carpet smelled strongly of mold, the bed felt old and worn out, and the entire room looked like it had not been updated in...

「My room had no closet. Weird and inconvenient. Property needed attention, weeding, etc. Room had a view that was mostly asphalt like the CVS parking lot. Housekeeping staff did nothing. I asked the to please empty the waste baskets and the did one but left the 2nd overflowing. Never once made the bed or smoothed the covers.」

「Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is beaultiful and the courtyard is a lovely place to sit and relax/mingle. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Water pressure and tempt in the shower leave you wanting more, towels are really thin and they barely give you enough for one person so be sure to ask for extra. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need anything you have to go downstairs. The vending machines were not working during our stay and the market in the lobby was not fully stocked...

「Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life. Sink water had mislabelled Hot/Cold faucets. Water had an odor? A/C worked OK but curtain blocked the flow if closed. Shower head...
