「The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!!」

「Rooms smelled dirty and like wet dogs. Videoed a crawling bug on the bed sheet, cigarette burns on sheets. Linens unclean. One of the rooms key card wouldn’t work and they only had one key to open it which we had to go to office to request. Not safe , chain not available on door to keep intruder out. No amenities except junk doughnuts and few pieces of fruit. No cereal, juice milk. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Expedia should not advertise this place.」

「The bathroom is small and pooly arranged. The shower valve is out of reach, you must step into the shower stream to turn it on. Pretty awful. The shower handle fell off in my hand. The batroom sink is not in the bathroom. The toilet backed up. There was no maintenance person. I was given a plunger to fix it myself. The plunger was broken and did not work. I asked for another room, which they gave me. Then they took it back and said we could use the lobby restroom. We will definitely never stay...

「Not going to lie, I was a little worried because Best Western can be hit or miss. However, I was extremely surprised! The rooms were bigger than the pictures and very clean and modern. (We always check the beds before getting settled!) We are definitely going to stay here again!」

「All the clerks were amazing. The hotel was clean. There was a gym in a pool. I wish I took pictures to post, but it was a very busy weekend. I would definitely stay again my family and I had an amazing time.」
