The check in was great I called on the road as we arriving earlier than expected and Heather had a room waiting for us when we arrived. Very accommodating! Room was clean all staff were very friendly and breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean quiet room and a good breakfast. You can't ask for much more at the price. The only thing I would wish for is free wifi. If you sign up for their rewards program wifi is free but the form doesn't accept Canadian postal codes, it insists on a zip code.

My stay at this location was very disappointing. I have stayed many times at the Poconos Mosaic Mountain location and always had a great experience, but this Scranton location was completely different. The employees were unprofessional, and the breakfast area was especially bad. The breakfast attendant was sitting at a table looking like she was sleeping while guests had no place to sit. The dining area was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was far below expectations. The location itself has potential, but the service and cleanliness need major improvement.
