「We got the the hotel and told us we didn’t have a room so we ended up having to pay another $60 and when we got in their out bed had plastic covering then hair all over the sheets. 」

「There were a couple minor issues with the room (nothing worth mentioning) but the staff was very attentive and helpful with resolving them.」

「It's a expensive hotel without a lot of amenities. The casino stinks from all the smoking. There's a non-smoking section, but it right next to the smoking section with nothing to stop the smoke. The hotel don't have washers and dryers. You have to request that your room be cleaned and schedule it with the front desk. I won't stay there again. There are better and more affordable hotels in the area.」

「Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Check in was fast and simple. The receptionist at the desk was extremely efficient and detailed about the hotel, the grounds and amenities. Extremely spotless. Hot fresh coffee was available round the clock. And breakfast was delicious.」

「We had stayed here more than once and this time was one of the poorest. We had no television after 8:00pm. couldn't find anything to watch. Poor reception in our room.We also disappointed that the room needed a good dusting(especially the bathroom). Our room was musty smelling. On top of that most of breakfast was cold!!!!!!!!I put a bagel in the toaster for 5 minutes and it was barely brown. Might have to consider another hotel. New crew in charge?????」
