「My room was very clean. My coworkers’s room smelled like an ashtray so he requested another room after further discussion they did move him. There is some maintenance items that need to be taken care of in these rooms and the fact there is no broadcast TV only smart TV apps that you have to log into with your own information I was not particularly enthused about. 「Check in staff were great. It was one night stay. Toilet did not work next morning and overflowed onto floor. So grateful we showered first and could use toilet in lobby. Check out staff seemed disinterested in how disturbing or disruptive that was to our experience . Did not offer consolation or apology as if this happened often or was every day normative experience!
