「This was an amazing place with remarkable people. Hop was extremely friendly and helpful. And Marie made the most incredible breakfast. They made us feel like we were part of the family. 「The Staff were extremely kind, The little shop was quaint. The outside surrounding was eh. The room itself was a no thrills room and was tiny. It had new vinyl floors which was nice. But the bathroom was not updated at all. The bed was comfy. And the heat worked great, it got cold the night i stayed.」

「The reviews of this place are incredibly polarizing. Some people think it is the worst place they have ever seen. Others think of it as a twee little time capsule, an example of the pocono mountains in their former glory. The truth is a bit in between, though it is, in cat the worst place I have ever stayed. (And I am a sucker for cheap motels) You can see evidence of its former glory. It seems kinda clean, but it is very run down. Whoever runs this place has done a number of shoddy repairs....
