"Great location to stay for Phish NYE @MSG! Quiet, good location near restaurants & short walk to 2 subway locations. Back of hotel parking looked sketchy, train right out back, but had a view of it from our room & can't really complain about free parking here! Nice view. "The room was reasonably priced especially for us to only be there two days. We did see a few roaches and the sheets had burn marks. The walls had holes in them and the floors were disgusting turned our socks black. The receptionist when we checked in was more worried about being on her phone than checking us in. The customer service aspect wasn’t good either she was irritated and quickly dismissive as if we were bothering her. Will never stay here again."
