「On my arriv the reception gaveva welcoming greeting .My signingvin was strieght forward and good communication. My room , bed linen and towels are Scrupulously clean and very comfortable , Lovely presentation abd lovely furnishings, everything i need. The staff in every category are so friendly and always give a greeting. Nothing is too much trouble. My stay has been a a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. 「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby...
