「The receptions were very friendly and the staff was very helpful to carry out our luggage to the stairs and showed us the room; warm like a home. Except the male staff who were on duty while we checked out in the morning; he was the only staff in the reception and is not busy at all. However he has reacted expressionless while we asked for check out and not even saying a goodbye or thank you for staying to us; As a customers,it’s not a good impression at all while they served you with...

We had booked for breakfast at 08:00 on the first morning, and having travelled the previous day from Asia ended up waking earlier and found ourselves waiting in the breakfast room around 7:10, hoping to be able to request breakfast at 7:30 when it opened. 「Very accommodating staffs, gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was at the end in the second floor, was nice and quiet. Room nicely heated, get some insects in the room if windows are opened(even in winter), but not a big problem at all. Overall a very lovely hotel with nice dinner and breakfast. Beautiful town to visit! 」
