"The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Last yr. it was decent. It's dingy and needs to be remodeled, which they are in the process of. Front desk staff accommodating and did try to resolve issues. Housekeeping forgot the room services, towels and coffee. A simple call resolved that at 9:30 pm. The room was by the exit door and naturally alot of slamming doors. This is not customary for this hotel. Keep in mind it was spring break. For the cost of the stay, I would look elsewhere. I do hope that the renovations change all of this. Thanks to Holly, she brought coffee and towels."

"Close to pier, restaurants and grocery shop"

"They room was very dirty. They bathtub had soap scum and hard water build-up. The bathroom door had a hole in it. There was a hole in the ceiling filled in with foam. Mattress was very hard and you could hear the coils moving. The exhaust fan was not working and caused moisture build-up on the floors. The floors were dirty and had not been swept and mopped. "

"The room was cleanish but high touch areas are not cleaned in the room or hotel. They just sweep the floor in the entry way and bathroom, it is not washed. The breakfast was great, lots of options. A quick walk to the beach. Parking was good and reasonably priced. Pool was good and always had towels available. Pillows were too soft for me."
