「Super lieve mensen. Mooi hotel, netjes. Het ontbijt was heerlijk!」

「This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use.」

「personale cortese ma poco chiaro nelle informazioni; arredi vetusti; colazione discreta」

「Jättebra läge med Ski in - Ski out.

「the room itself was alright but the staff was not very helpful. 「Our stay at the hotel in Zermatt was nothing short of perfection, far exceeding our five-star expectations. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was warm and attentive, but the true highlight was receiving an unexpected complimentary upgrade to an even more luxurious room. Opening the curtains to the majestic, breathtaking view of the Matterhorn left us utterly spellbound—a serene, soul-stirring sight that made our mornings unforgettable. Every single detail of the experience was pure...

「Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!」
