「This hotel was amazing from start to finish. The staff were super accommodating and made us feel comfortable speaking English, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view. Both on-site restaurants were top-notch — great food and atmosphere. We used this hotel as a launching point to visit Parliament Hill, and the Uber ride downtown was only $20. Would absolutely stay here again!」

「Picked this hotel to be close to the LeBreton Flats for Bluesfest. Friendly front desk clerk (Yash) for check-in. Friendly server in the restaurant during breakfast. Underground parking is convenient but it's hard to manoeuvre down there. Parking spots are quite small for larger vehicles. Would stay again.」

「It is awesome and super convenient few mins walk to Rideau Centre and Byward Market! The hotel room is clean and big. Things to improve maybe more types of food option available during breakfast time 」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」

「Great location for eashy walking to all of downtown Ottawa's sites. Lacking of on-site parking initially seemed like a drawback but the underground lot nearby was safe and secure and we didn't need our vehicle for the time we were there.」

「The hotel is beautiful and the service is impeccable. The room was large and lots of space to relax and share with another person. Eco-friendly with choice to save towels for another day and bathroom amenities are shareable as opposed to single serve plastic containers. The only negative point about our room was that the chair and the carpet looked a little tired even though they looked clean.」
