Really enjoyed my time at this resort. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Food at the restaurant was excellent- highly recommend it. The amenities looked wonderful and hopefully will get to enjoy them during another stay. Staff were kind and helpful. Would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and the priority access to the onsite spa was a real treat. Easy, free parking onsite. The spa facilities rival some of the international spas that I’ve been too, spotlessly maintained and beautifully designed. Highly recommend this hotel for a chill business stay, or a relaxing weekend getaway.

The room was amazing. We went to the spa and ate at the Kato restaurant and it was delicious. One of the most relaxing vacations we have had in a while. A little bit pricy, but totally worth it for us.

Spacious rooms and fair value, but dated and understaffed (3/5 Stars) I would give this stay a 3-star rating. On the positive side, the facilities and overall size of the property are very good. The rooms are quite spacious, and the price offers a fairly good cost-to-benefit ratio if you are looking for a more budget-friendly option. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age and desperately needs some TLC and restoration. During our stay, the property felt quite understaffed, and the general atmosphere didn't feel very appropriate or welcoming for a family trip. It has great bones and decent value, but it needs a significant update and better staffing to provide a proper resort experience.

This was a family stay for Canada Day. The hotel is very enjoyable, especially the convenience of the Spa next door. Great facility, and staff at the hotel and Spa were very professional. The Japanese restaurant is a very savoury addition to the property and the food was delicious. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

This hotel was only okay. Our room was cleanish. We had dirty windows and French doors and found a Cheeto on the floor. It is nice that it is attached to the spa. There was definitely not enough parking. We had to circle around the lot with several others for at least 10 minutes to get a spot.
