「Although some areas could take a lick of paint, this traditional country house hotel was just what we wanted pre our Le Shuttle journey. The staff are an absolute credit to hospitality, the food is delicious and the bed was comfy, great shower pressure and peace and quiet plus safe parking. 」

「All staff at Reception efficient and friendly. Room was excellent at the back of the hotel so no traffic noise. Rooms were cleaned daily before midday. Breakfast was okay but could have done with a variety of yoghurts to choose from rather than a bowl of natural yoghurt to help yourself. Quick service by staff in Restaurant and efficient. Very close for visiting Chatham Dockyard also the train station. The price for bed and breakfast per night was very reasonable. 」

「If you want a full service hotel with a small inn or B&B feel to it - Hotel du Vin is a great choice. The food in the Bistro was excellent and the service from the team in the bar is wonderful as well. Great location for walking to local restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend the Hotel du Vin. 」

「Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. 「absolutely lovely hotel! they staff were so kind and incredibly helpful. they rooms were nice and clean and the area itself is perfect for walking around to do some shopping. the train station is a 5-7 minute walk away which is also a plus. would happily stay here again!」

「Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.」

「It was a very nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Ideal location near to Cooling Castle were able to walk back after the wedding well with a torch. Staff were all friendly. Would recommend.」
