The room was tired and dated and requires redecorating. There was what look like mold foaming around the windows. The prices of food and drink have increased significantly, your better off going to the tiger moth pub and restaurant down the road , good menus for food and far more reasonable in price for food and drink.. Staff as always very helpful. I use this hotel regularly for leisure and my business. Not sure i will booking there again. Which is a shame.

Hotel was lovely we left before booking finished as we were not happy with double bed or being by lift which was like Piccadilly Circus noise etc of lift and guests. Asked to change to 2 single bedded room. Hotel had limited twin bedded rooms and was full, so we checked out and stayed elsewhere. Restaurant was good and food excellent.

Perfect Stop-over

The perfect place to use as a stop-over on the way from Dover back to Scotland. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large, well-appointed and super-clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, couldn't have been more helpful and exactly what I needed in the middle of a busy week travelling and delivering training. Best hotel of my recent trips by miles and great room service which was super convenient and enabled me to focus on working and resting. Next time I will make sure I also make use of the pool and spa :)

Very cute, intimate spa and pool. The staff were lovely throughout. We enjoyed a very reasonably priced meal in the main Squires Restaurant, had lots of drinks in the bar and took advantage of 24hr room service too. A great stay for my husbands birthday. We will be back

As you would expect form this type of Hotel

The Room Clean and comfortable as you would expect this Type hotel. The Bar menu was a bit limited so went in to the restaurant the menu not a lot more choose. Then was told after a 15 minuet they didn't have the starter. I felt sorry for the serving staff having to continually apologise to guests for slow service from the kitchen
