「Had to leave the key for the room in the door, as the main building was locked up when I left. Not a big drama though」

「The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

「All 6 night we had a good experience besides couples of things: There wasn't enough shampoo and soap for the 6 nights stay; Room was very dusty and no cleaning/vacuum were done with our stay for 6 nights, as well area upfront of the main entrance had debris all around; If these things can be corrected, then ratings can be raised up. 」

「We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). The host arrived early, was friendly and will informed about the area and getting around and places to visit, he also answered all our questions. 「I stayed here for 4 nights while attending an expo at the Excel Centre. Perfect location, maybe a 15-minute pleasant walk to the Elizabeth Line and then only one stop to Custom House for Excel. The apartment gave me plenty of space to chill out after a long day, watch TV etc. I dined out every evening, but should you wish everything you would need for home cooking was there with the oils, condiments and spices to support such efforts. Coffee machine with pods etc Apartment is is on top...

「Waited 30 mins for the owner to turn up with keys. Only 3 towels, no hand towels, no tea towels, no cleaning materials, dishwasher stunk, neither tv’s worked, no air conditioning, no toiletries, old stained pillows and doonas in cupboards, balcony door didn’t open so no fresh air, no bowls, 2nd bedroom bed very soft and uncomfortable, no ironing board, sink broken in main bathroom, not thoroughly cleaned, needs a good clean and repaint. When I contacted booking agent I was on hold for 30 minutes...
