「My only two gripes was that the toilet was loose so every time you sat down it slammed back into place and the room had a comically oversized dresser beneath the tv that took up most of the walkway. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and bed was comfy. I was really impressed with the selection of breakfast foods available every morning. Front desk staff was cheery and personable. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit branson.」

「I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. 「Everything was great except there wa no microwave in the room and the tv was stuck on hdmi and I couldn’t get the regular tv to work I checked in late so there was no one office but it was ok I went to bed anyways the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great 」

Went back to our room, our key wouldnt work. Went to the front desk, they reactivated the key and it still wouldnt work. The office worker went to use her key, and the key broke inside the door. 「The rooms have been recently updated. The room was very clean, front desk staff are always friendly, and service is always exceptional. This is my favorite place to stay in Branson. I would have liked some boiled eggs and/or yogurt, or maybe cottage cheese and fresh fruit like bananas to balance breakfast as I cannot eat grease (sausage), and don't care for scrambled eggs much.
