「Bath van noise」

「Staff, room and amenities were fantastic. 」

「I loved the part that the bed was low enough on the floor I with being a shorter person could actually get in it. We stayed for 6 days and we did NOT have a chair in the room. We had the strait back desk chair but that was it. Very uncomfortable having to sit on the bed edge for hours. Then got VERY upset on day 3 we asked if our bathroom only coukd be freshed up and clean towels be put in. We were told no, they were not doing room cleanings during the week due to low staffing. 「Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. 」

「We had a pet friendly room, however the floor was filthy (had not been mopped for a long time). Socks were nearly black the first night so we wore shoes all the time. Staff was very casual, did not say that the door needed to be locked when leaving, did not mention that there would be no breakfast until we asked the first morning and she said she did not have time to get supplies.」

「If you are one of those people looking for the Grand Hyatt this is not your stop. Look it’s an older hotel and shows some age with the exterior and the interior. Couple cigarette burns in the furniture. But the rooms were super clean, the water was hot, and the shower had lots of pressure. Second time my wife and I have stayed here in last 2 years. They are dog friendly and have a nice little lot right next to the hotel for the dogs to do their business. They have breakfast in the lobby in...

「The room was in good condition, but when I booked the to I was not told that they were doing renovations. After I booked the non-refundable room we received a call stating they were in the process of major renovation. Breakfast was affected too making the experience disappointing. 」
