「The hotel staff are EXCELLENT, super nice, super friendly, they speak multiple languages, they helped me through losing my phone on the first day of my trip and i got it back!!! Even the cleaning staff is amazing. Breakfast is good, room is good, hotel is nice, clean, bed comfy, however, the location is not close to any public transportation and you need to walk around 15 min to catch a bus.」

「My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at the Renata Boutique Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly, courteous and happy to help, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. The breakfast was amazing. Everything we tried tasted delicious, and it became something we looked forward to each morning. It was a lovely way to start the day and a real highlight of our stay. Our room was beautifully clean and well...

「Another fantastic stay at this hotel. In a quiet location but close to everything you would ever need; shops, restaurants, big mall, metro station. One of the best shower systems in all my stays at other hotels. My regular hotel for business and would look to stay here for leisure visits.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was i personally thought that duvets and duvets covers needed to be replaced as they had stains on the duvets and covers were torn. When speaking to the reception they replaced them straight away. The rooms were very clean. Very ideal for a family as there was a supermarket next door and a carrefour few minutes away. The hotel was very family friendly . I enjoyed my stay.」

「Our stay was exactly what we needed. I was there for spine surgery and they allowed me to check in an hour early which was very gracious. I also requested an extra blanket well into the night and they gladly brought one to my door which was a huge help being that I needed to rest on the couch some nights due to pain. They used what’s app to communicate any needs making it very simple to reach out at any time with questions. Fatma on staff was VERY helpful and took it upon herself to see us...

「Todo el personal súper amable, muy agradecido con Sergio por los favores, gracias a todos.」

「飯店乾淨，服務人員親切，小缺點是早餐0730開始，坐太早的飛機無法享用以及附近交通只能靠計程車」

「Guest room is clean and large but not in good sound insulation. All staffs are polite and willing to help guests. Many choices of food are around the hotel.」

「The quality of the breakfast was very poor and highly disorganized; they didn't even have tea glasses. After we asked several times, they brought a few but nowhere near enough and I was not satisfied at all.」

「çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi ama genel bina içinde kötü koku vardı tuvaletlerden keskin pis koku geliyordu o hariç normaldi」
