Gokce, Alpen, & Akin all deserve a raise! When we come back to Istanbul we will be looking forward to seeing them again. Clean room, best staff, especially the housekeeper, and the reception team, Serap, Akin, Ahmet and Emre made this trip way easier for us and guided us through everything and helping with our needs as soon as possible. Really happy with our stay. Lovely hotel, decent breakfast and gym facilities. Nice modern room - only downside is the shower hadn't been cleaned in a while. Hotel staff were pleasant. Location - we didn't explore this area enough but did find some decent places to eat and have baklava which are cheaper than in Sultanahmet. We ended up taking taxis to the more touristy areas throughout the trip.

Here is a smoother, more coherent, and more polished version: ⸻ We had a truly lovely stay at Novotel Bomonti. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Seraf, Emre, and Izzet for their kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. The food was delicious and the hotel clearly pays attention to every detail. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city, which my mom especially enjoyed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, elegant, and well maintained. The only small inconvenience was that the pool was closed for maintenance, so we were not able to use it. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. My mom and I genuinely had a great time here, and we will definitely be choosing Novotel Bomonti again for our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The area is very safe, quiet, and convenient, with great shopping and dining options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay during our short holiday. Staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was spacious. The only problem we had was air vents blowing dust.The room was quite dusty even though housekeeping cleaned the room,it was accumulating on surfaces.Allergic people like me might struggle a little bit but it’s definetly a small problem.

Stylish design, but mixed experience

My stay at Novotel Bomonti was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel features excellent interior design throughout, with stylish and modern rooms that create a visually appealing atmosphere. The views from both the breakfast area and the room were also a highlight. However, compared to other four- and five-star hotels in the city, there is still a long way to go in terms of quality and service. While the rooms looked great, the comfort of the bed and pillows left much to be desired, which impacted sleep quality. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming—offered in a COVID-style preselection format on a plate instead of a buffet, which felt limiting. Additionally, the breakfast options were exactly the same every single day, with no variation. The service during breakfast was poor, with inattentive staff, and the presence of smoking inside the restaurant was very unpleasant. Smoking was a major issue. The smell of smoke was pervasive—spreading through the hallways, common areas, and even seeping into the room via the ventilation system, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the full-service gym was closed throughout my stay, which was disappointing. With its beautiful interior design and great views, Novotel Bomonti has potential. However, improvements in staff training, breakfast variety, comfort, a strict no-smoking policy, and the reopening of amenities like the gym are necessary for it to reach the standard of similar hotels in Istanbul.

Very disappointing experience with the reception staff. I arrived at 6:30 a.m. on a rainy morning, completely soaked, and was kept waiting in the lobby for over 90 minutes. They mentioned that a room was available but still asked for €30 for early check-in, showing no concern for how tired or wet I was. It’s not about the money — it’s about the attitude and the way you treat your guests.
