「New property in an odd location. Front desk wasn't super friendly but we were there on business for the room not socializing. Room was clean but not as quality as what we've come to expect with Hilton. Breakfast was one of the smallest and simplest I've seen at a hotel in some time. Business trip or traveling through just looking for a clean place to rest your head it was fine and affordable. Want something nicer across the highway is Hilton Garden Inn we stay at also much nicer but more...

「The absolute best experience I have had at a hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the towels and products provided were top notch. The pool and hot tub was amazing and the breakfast was out of this world. The check in process was great, staff were so friendly and it was so easy to get to. I will be staying with Hampden Inn again because of this experience. Only thing that could be improved is the fan in the bathroom and the AC unit being stronger.」

「The breakfast was just ok..they were out of a lot of things and did not refill it…which I thought was odd…trying to get extra towels was completely crazy…we stayed two nights and we were told that they will not clean your room or bathroom..so that means no new towels which is gross…the shower had old soap left from previous days..the main lobby appeared clean but not one person greeted you when you walked in…I had no idea when check out time was I was only told our room would not be cleaned...
