「Everyone was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning to get the day started.」

「Great location if you are interested in the casino. Nice staff. Nice rooms」

「We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.」

「They have a hotel cat outside that they care for. If for no other readon..I will definitely come back. ALSO..the shuttle to and from the casinos is wonderful.」

「The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. 「Place was dirty outside and well maintained outside at all. The place was noisy all night.」

The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning.」

「connecting building so you would not have to walk outside. Use of sidewalks, you had to walk in the parking lot. the bathrooms needed better plumbing, they were not dirty from lack of hotel staff but smelled funny due to plumbing issues. the restaurant attached to the hotel had good food. I did not use the pool.」

「Breakfast is good. 」

「Everything went well except the front desk needs to work on welcoming all guest once they walk in. that’s the only thing they lack on」

「We reserved an accessible room at Comfort Inn Aiken’s Center. Initially, we were pleased: the room was well maintained, and the accessible shower was excellent. However, minutes after settling in, we noticed an annoying cricket-like noise coming from the AC unit. We tried everything to stop it, but nothing worked. When we called reception, the employee immediately offered to change our room. When she mentioned that the room next door would have the same noise, I wondered whether this was...

「Amber was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived! Very nice staff」

「great location, newly remodeled, great staffs, breakfast was awesome and a lady was there to always refill items, overall really impressed with this hotel, will surely come back and stay here for future trips」

「The restroom is very cramped. The facilities are old and broken. The room has a bad smell.」

「 Highly recommend」
