「The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.」

「This property was so close to everything. We walked everywhere. Parked when we arrived and didn’t get back in the car until we left to head back home. Right across the street from the Peace Center where we caught an off broadway show.」

「My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. 」

「Great customer service」

「Room was clean and things were fine, but just fine. The check in staff were ok, but not terribly welcoming or friendly. The room decor is very minimalist and sparse if that’s your vibe, but we knew that from the photos. We were put in a room in the 2nd floor facing the street. The car and motorcycle noise was so loud and continuous, practically unbearable until 10:30 at night. I assume rooms on the higher floors are better, but I had to request earplugs in order to sleep. We had a last minute...

「I love this hotel. Clean, quality rooms, and the complimentary buffet dinner and breakfast helps a lot for traveling with a family. After driving all day we can just check in, relax, and eat without having to go out again at a restaurant for dinner. 」

Walking into the lobby, there was no signage as to where check in was Once we figured it out, we walked up to the desk and there were 3 people in line waiting to check in and no employee in site. 「Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.」
