Room and property were exceptionally clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient to downtown activities. Very quiet so we had a good night's rest. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold selections. The biscuits and gravy was outstanding. I recommend staying here if in the downtown greenville area. Thank you !!

Right after we checked in, I went to take a shower and the shower head fell off. However, maintenance came in about 10 min later and fixed it. Beds were clean but mattresses are worn slap out and need to be replaced. Staff was super nice and eager to serve. Would def stay here again.

Everything was great except for one of the beds, which seemed old and broken down. It was pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was quiet and the breakfast was pretty good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions since this was my first time staying there. The breakfast was great! Way more options than I was actually expecting and everything was cooked perfectly.

If you want to stay directly across from an, apparently well-known (not to us at the time of booking) Swingers Club that patrons frequently visit: this is the place for you! It comes with stained mattresses and sheets that reeked of bleach (at least they were clean?), a bathroom sliding door that doesn’t shut all the way (pooping with your family brings a whole different level of closeness during a trip), and shower floor caulking adorned with stranger hair. I didn’t shower but my husband said the water was boiling hot- good to know you can sanitize your physical body of all the sins committed in those rooms. Continental breakfast was fine, coffee wasn’t great, but you could play the guessing game of who slept with who while you make your own waffle!

This reminded me of a more affordable, no frills Double Tree, especially with the complimentary cookies :) Overall it was a great place to crash for a night. Very friendly staff, free coffee 24/7, free water bottles in room, comfy and clean bed. I would stay here again. Nothing super glamorous or special but a decent place to see Greenville from.

Moldy ceilings sagging with black stains. Next to 8 lane roadway so take earplugs because it is beyond noisy. Staying here is like trying to sleep next to a train track while waiting for the ceiling to cave in on you.
