「The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. Despite calling their phone number, we were directed to voicemail. What's more, they charged us despite their inadequate service and refused to provide a refund due to their policy.
