「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」

「Staff was apathetic, always on their cell phones. Room had trash on ac from previous guest. Payed for upgraded room, that just ment a room on a higher floor. Valet parking only for $48. No self parking.」

「We got married here 15 years ago and came back to celebrate our anniversary. They’ve done a good job maintaining a nice place. The rooms could use an update but were clean, the staff were super nice, and the location is perfect for walking around and checking out local stores and restaurants. The only downside we saw was the breakfast. They always have the same, small biscuits and just change the meat.
