「The room was small but clean. The bathroom is outside under a roof (mostly private, but you can potentially hear your neighbors. The breakfast was the same menu options each day but good quality. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool in the courtyard is open during the day, but does not offer much shade. The distance to Padang Padang beach cannot be beat. There are many local stores and restaurants within walking distance」

「The room smelled so disgusting. It was so bad that I spent the whole day outside and checked out early ( although there was no one in the lobby at 8:30 pm). The room was dirty and had no amenities like shampoo. Unfortunate because the pool is nice with beautiful landscaping and its in a good location. Just clean the room fix the broken screens on windows and clean the moldy ac unit. 」

「The staff was wonderful & friendly. When we first arrived we thought the location & hotel looked wonderful but unfortunately the room didn’t work out for us. It was rainy season & it was extremely moldy & musty smelling. I had an asthma attack within only a few minutes of being in the room & had to leave. My daughter developed a very bad headache in a short time frame as well. The staff was very understanding & concerned & helped us with Expedia to refund our money. 」

「Very nice swimming pool, staff at the pool is more helpful and polite compared to the main reception counter. Food choice is limited, only one restaurant there. Spa atmosphere is good but lack of privacy ( when taking a bath with my partner , the staff was waiting in the same room...). Should have more facilities like a gym room... 「第一晚到達酒店時大約凌晨1點多 發現車輛無法到達, 要經過一條小路還要自行搬行李落小條一山路 (88級樓梯) 不過抬頭可看到一片很多星星的夜空, 還有海浪聲, 早上一打開門更是十分美麗的風景, 建議如入住請帶較小的行李 或做背包客 早餐不錯 員工也很親切, 不過晚上8點30後便沒有員工, 起碼要等待到12點才有。 因為近海 房間內也有昆蟲, 請帶備驅蟲藥。 如要飲用熱水也要跟員工索取」
