Although we will say that the first run that we were put in did have a really funky strange smell and so we did ask to be changed to another room and they really swiftly changed us to a new room. This showed really good customer service, which was greatly appreciated. But it was strange that the other room had such a strong smell. The room is beyond amazing—perfect pool size, mesmerizing views, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks (a must for us!).
And let’s talk about the infinity pool—it’s even better than the one at Bvlgari, where we dined recently! Plus, Six Senses is half the price and right next door. Talk about value for money! 💖
The whole experience has been incredible! The staff are super friendly and quick to respond to all our needs.
