We had an issue with our lock. And the staff were attentive and changed our room as soon as one vecame available. They also comped our breakfast and were very apologetic.

Blowing Rock has many opportunities to admire the scenery and take pictures. There are many quaint shops and we loved the architecture of the buildings and homes. So many things to see in one trip. We will definitely visit again as soon as possible.

This is a nice place to visit with outlet shopping and plenty of dining options. It is 15 - 45 minutes to all 3 winter resorts that offer skiing, ice skating and snow tubing.

It is the gateway to the rest of the mountain towns in the area, such as Boone or Banner Elk. The Green Park Inn and Blowing Rock saves us 30-ish minutes both ways, making this a great one-night destination.
