「We had an excellent experience at Hampton Inn and suites Memphis East Germantown. The entire hotel, including our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was decorated in an up-to-date manner with all modern amenities. The staff, especially Kay, at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. 「The Friendliness of the Staff is so Awesome!. Hats off to... ...Ms Danielle @ the front desk and the African Wife who owns the white Mercedes, even when off the clock, she Upheld the Superb Guest Dedication, stopping on her time to be sure a guest was ok & safe. And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Staff Lady, with the Beautifull Tattooed Leg, she Brings the WOW! out of the guests 」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...
