「The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive! The resort is in a fairly remote location however the resorts shuttle service will get you to some key places like Ubud and Sanur. The food was amazing. The pools were well maintained & you could order food and drink to the pool. The rooms were air conditioned, too.」

「Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage, getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine. No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there.」

「This property is well maintained and is really good for a batch of friends to hang out...the only thing is the location is bit far but is manageable... The property is maintained very well...」

「Amazing staff, awesome pool (with beautiful coconuts).」

「We went to Bali to celebrate wedding anniversary. Surprised to receive a free room upgrade! Everything in the hotel is great, with lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend others to stay if they visit Ubud」

「Room is dated and with spider net. Breakfast is below average.」
