「入住時詢問櫃台是否有辦法跟同事的房間在同一層或是隔壁，當時接應的是新報到的員工因此無法處理，等到了較資深的員工來，表現不耐不說，還安排了一間沒有整理的房間給我同事，因此就全部重來，最後當然也沒有安排在同一層或是相鄰處。飯店很美，內裝舒適，床鋪很舒服，還有咖啡可以免費外帶。但早餐一定要自己打理，不然就得去隔壁的美居吃高達19歐一人的早餐，而完全沒有那個價值！官網說有洗衣機，但找了半天還是找不到，四樓的laundry room 打開是空蕩蕩的房間，最後還是每天在外面自助洗衣店洗衣服。但飯店房間配備的器具完善，附近又有很多超市，買食材，花點時間準備個早餐絕對是可以的。若有多待幾天的打算，我會建議入住，就像個自己小空間一樣舒適，但若只是匆匆一晚，不會建議。」

「原本打算住喺瑞士，但發覺這間德國酒店距離瑞士只有15分鐘車程，價錢又非常合理還包括早餐，早餐非常豐富，比起我在巴黎五星級酒店還好。房間亦非常闊落，如果揸車絕對值得推薦。」

「Nice place to stay」

「Really good. Quiet, comfortable room with fantastic shower. Nice reception and bar area that did a very decent cocktail. Right near the station, which is in turn a short tram or walk from Karlsruhe center. Excellent value. Compared to Premier Inns in the UK, which we are more familiar with, this is so so much better for much less cost! Thanks very much and keep up the great work. 」

「God central beliggenhed midt i byen med kort afstand til shopping. Mindre hotel hvor tingene fungere fint. Specielt en god ordning, hvor man selv tager nøglen i en nøgleboks ved ankomst, da receptionen har begrænset åbningstid. Det giver til gengæld større frihed omkring ankomsttidspunktet. 」

「Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?」
