Modernity of the bathroom infrastructure; centrality of the place; supermarket across the road; shops downstairs; customer service; gymn on the same building; the lounge is cozy; great set-up for academics; the once a week cleaning service; ease of access to the tram; washer and dryer facility. Amazing! Its more expensive than a regular apartment but if you want a nice bathroom; its worth it.

Great place! Easy on the tram. Clean, well appointed rooms. So easy to check in and out. Quiet and safe area. The Asian restaurant in the bottom of the block is fantastic.

Great apartment with good facilities for the family. Tram stop right outside for easy access to the city and train station. Right opposite a grocery store so we could stock up. Good choice of local restaurants including excellent takeaway options (Dean and David and Taumi Asian fusion) During the day there was always someone available on reception to assist with queries. The only slight let down was that although these are serviced apartments, ours was not serviced during our 5 day stay, so best to check frequency. Otherwise amazing!

A superb apartment/hotel and really excellent value. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Excellent location on the north side of Freiburg city centre with a tram stop directly in front of the hotel, it’s only 12 minutes into the city. I was checked in early with very little fuss. I didn’t have a car but parking is limited and expensive compared with the excellent value overall for the hotel. There is a supermarket directly across the street and cafes within a minutes walk.

Room was OK, nothing special based on the cost Fire alarm was set off early hours of the morning, then I got billed by the host whilst I was asleep, for something that wasn’t my fault! I argued the fee with the host, now I seem to be getting lots of spam emails in German, on an email address that I only use for booking travel on - very strange timing… Would not recommend

Amazing loft

The place is new, nice apartments: well furnished, espresso machine in the room, comfortable bed, large shower. Great lobby and common area for work snacks and networking with other guests. 20/25 min walk from the city centre

Very clean, kitchen reasonably well equipped, convenient location to public transportation to the city and main train station. Building is obviously well insulated, the room was always warm (I continually had to open the window to cool it off) despite not having the room heat turned on. Three gripes: thin walls, floors, and ceilings between rooms - could here most everything; no work desk in the room, just a small, round eating table (you'd assume quite a few people nowadays still need the capacity to do work from their room); and the WORST bed pillow I have ever slept on in my long life! I've never see such a thin, shapeless, non-support-providing sleeping pillow in my life! Other than that, I had a very nice stay.

L’hébergement dans sa globalité est très bien, relativement propre et bien équipé, très spacieux pour les grands appartements (XL). Nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour à l’exception de la température de la chambre qui était de 29,5 degrés. L’annonce indique que le bâtiment est climatisé mais ce n’est pas le cas, il y a bien un système de refroidissement mais qui n’est pas efficace lors des journées caniculaires comme nous avons eu. Malgré un relogement dans un appartement exposé différemment (la nuit suivante), ça ne fonctionnait toujours pas. Le nouvel appartement il faisait toujours 29 degrés Toutefois dans le second appartement réservé tout fonctionnait bien. Je souligne la réactivité de l’équipe et la solution de secours le soir même pour un ventilateur, malgré cela nous n’avons pas pu faire descendre la température en dessous de 28,5 degrés.

Eine schöne uns saubere Unterkunft, die gut gelegen ist. Leider konnte man nicht frühstücken. Die Tiefgarage war leider etwas schwer zu finden. Im Vorfeld wurde uns am Telefon sehr gut geholfen.

Lækre hotellejligheder, ligger dejligt centralt - og roligt - til udflugter og med supermarkeder, bagerier og spisesteder lige udenfor døren. Sporvogn til centrum på 10 min. Flot by og et fantastisk nærområde til mange fede oplevelser. Triberg vandfaldet og kuk-ur byen Triberg, Colmar i Frankrig eller Basel i Schweiz ligger alle max 1 times kørsel væk. Schaffhausen vandfaldet 1,5 times kørsel, men oplevelsen værd... Eneste dårlige vi kan sige om stedet er at køleskabet larmer og fitnesscentret som træner aften hold med larmende musik

Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, sauber und vor allem bei den heißen Tagen eine gute Klimaanlage. Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür, wenn man mag auch gern in gut 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt. 2 Supermärkte sind in direkter Nachbarschaft.
