"Very unique reception area, our boys loved the dinosaur skeleton. Room was well equipped, and the window into the bathroom was an interesting touch. The pool wasn't the biggest, but we only used it on the day of our arrival as we were at Rulantica for a couple of days. The waterpark was literally just across the balcony from us which was super convenient. It was really annoying being charged for the baby cot and that wasn't made clear to us ahead of arrival and we have cancelled other hotel bookings purely for adding this charge as we consider it to be unreasonable. We ate at the main restaurants, breakfast was great as was Tre Kronen and Bubba Svens. We would return to the hotel."

"Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Gym, pool and sauna were excellent. Rooms were okay but no air conditioning which made them impossible to sleep in at night. Really convenient for travelling to Europa Park, only a short 10 minutes drive."

"The stay was fantastic, very modern, spacious and clean rooms. Staff are super helpful. Really well situated for Europa Park. The one thing they could improve is having a fridge in the room. I would highly recommend."
