「Very excellent experience in the hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sauna is private and decent. Though the location is not central of the city but the surrounding is amazing with church, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in this season. Also, you can have breakfast in your room with nice view.」
「The staff was so kind and helpful. We left something in our room and the housekeeper ran after us to our car as we were pulling out to return it to us. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. 」

Mal dort gewesen.Zentrum ist mit Fahrrad gut zu erreichen in ca.20 min. da etwas außerhalb.Dafür ruhig,Parkplatz vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeit gegenüber und ein schöner Außenbereich.」
「The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...
「Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, direkt am Europäischen Parlament und mit einer Tram Linie vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer war voll ausgestattet, sogar mit allen Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung.
Frühstück befindet sich im 9. Stock.
Es gibt Buffet mit einer tollen Auswahl von Wurst, Käse, süßem Gebäck und Säften.
Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Etwas überrascht hat mich beim Check-In allerdings die Kaution von 50€ pro Nacht. Da hiervon zuvor nichts zu lesen war.

「Tolles Hotel mit super Service! Zimmer waren sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und modern, das Essen durch die Vollpension abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Der Spabereich und der Pool waren bei 30Grad ein wahrer Traum. Auch hier wieder unfassbar geschmackvoll und modern gestaltet. Perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

「Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?」
"It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well.
Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. "
"Good services since check in , and possible late checkout is great. Breakfast a bit rush during Xmas time , but all foods in high Quality...yummy too."
